Terms of Use and End-User License Agreement
Last updated: October 3, 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website (phxassemblychurch.com) and to the Deposit App, the private donation-recording tool on this website that connects to QuickBooks Online. By using the website or the Deposit App, you agree to these terms.
Using this website
You are welcome to read, watch and share the church's sermons, transcripts and other content for personal, non-commercial use, with credit to Phoenix Assembly Church. Please don't republish it commercially, alter it in a way that misrepresents the church, or use the site in a way that disrupts it or tries to get into areas you're not authorized to use.
Content on the site belongs to Phoenix Assembly Church or the people who provided it. Videos are hosted by YouTube and subject to YouTube's terms.
Deposit App license
The Deposit App is licensed, not sold. Phoenix Assembly Church grants its authorized staff a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Deposit App only to record the church's own offerings and deposits in the church's own QuickBooks Online company.
You may not:
- use the Deposit App for any other organization or for anyone else's accounting;
- share your access, or try to get around its password or other security;
- copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the Deposit App, except as the church directs;
- use it in a way that breaks the law or Intuit's terms for QuickBooks Online.
Your responsibility for entries
The Deposit App suggests donors and amounts by reading envelope photos, including with an AI service, and those suggestions can be wrong. Nothing is recorded in QuickBooks until a person reviews and approves it, and that person is responsible for checking that every donor, amount and deposit is correct.
QuickBooks connection and data
The Deposit App connects to QuickBooks Online only with the church's permission, given through Intuit's sign-in. All accounting data remains the church's. The church can disconnect the Deposit App at any time from QuickBooks or by revoking its access in Intuit's settings. Intuit is not responsible for the Deposit App. How the Deposit App handles data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer
The website and the Deposit App are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Phoenix Assembly Church and those who build and maintain the website and the Deposit App are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of the website or the Deposit App.
Ending access
The church may suspend or end anyone's access to the Deposit App at any time. These terms end for you when you stop using the website and the Deposit App. The sections on disclaimers and limitation of liability continue to apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with an updated date.
